King

King is acrylic on canvas. King was inspired by continuing violence against black men at the hands of law enforcement, and the outrage over the hunter that killed Cecil the lion. The death of the lion at the time seemed to spark more outrage then the death of black men to police. But the same way the lion is the king of the jungle, we are all kings in our own right.
